I love these kids

I know parents are supposed to build up their children and encourage them, but I'm starting to wonder if we've taken it too far...
Recently, I asked Sareny how come I had such pretty girls. She said, "But how much prettier than Finley am I?"

Another time I told her she was cute. She said, "I am the cutest in the whole world! Except Zander because I'm in love with him."

When Isaac gets up in the morning he comes in and wakes me up by saying, "No hweeping Mommy--it's time good morning!" If I don't jump up, he says, "Hook! It not dark, it's good morning!"

Well it's true that Sareny might be a little too into herself. But better that than one of those girls who feels bad because she thinks she's ugly. That's a cute picture of her and Finny. And silly Igits - "it's time good morning!" how cute.

She gets to! (remember that?) Well, we all know Sareny is a little princess, but I agree that it's better to love yourself and think you are beautiful than always think you're ugly. Seems like little girls always think they're really cute until about 7th grade, when they decide they aren't.........That picture of Sareny and Finley is adorable. Love it! And Isaac is cute cuddling that doll. I want to hear him say "it's time good morning!" I guess I will if they come and stay.

Well, Sareny is pretty cute. But, I'm glad to hear that she thinks my boy is cuter. ;)
I asked Zander today if he is still going to marry Sareny, and he said "of course, Mom!" and rolled is eyes like I was asking the most obvious thing ever.
That's why they have to play house and take care of their babies together.
Kids are silly!

And that rivalry never goes away!!! We cannot compliment one kid without someone else feeling bad about themself. Give up now! It's a losing battle.
